    Terms and Conditions

    • Cancellation Policy:

    If the airport transportation reservation is not cancelled by a confirmed phone call within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time, the client will still be charged the full trip, including gratuity.


    No-Show Policy:

    If a customer fails to show at the schedule place and time, full trip cost will be charged to the client including any wait time, gratuity, tolls, and parking fees.


    Wait time :

    If the wait time goes passed your schedule pickup time you will be charged the scheduled fee. 

    From your location to DTW a wait time after 15 minutes there will be a charge extra of $25.00 paid to the driver before services start.

    From DTW to your location a wait time after  30 minutes there will be a charge extra of $25.00 paid to the driver before services start.


    Cleaning Fees: 

    Laad Transportation charges for cleaning fees to riders who damage the interior or exterior

    of a vehicle.  The fee is based on the extent of the damage and is paid to Laad Transportation.

    How cleaning fees are assessed

    • Vomiting or spills:  The standard fee is $98.00, but can increase to$160 for significant amounts of bodily fluids
    • Other messes: All other fees are assessed based on the type and extent of the damage.
